Wow that's a REALLY nice site. More amazing is that it's for a church. As a Christian I admit, most church websites are pretty brutal... at best.

I totally agree. I really hope to see 9rules get into the Church website making thing with their project to help with not for profit projects and whatnot, as this site really sets a bar for other churches, especially larger ones that should also put effort towards this level of development.

Personal biases against religion aside, I've noticed that a good number of churches have some pretty slick designs, and this one is definitely slick.

Regarding Baggled, open both in new tabs and switch their really not that similar.

The site is based on drupal I believe, with several other plugins for the calendar and blog. It has also been reviewed at godbit.com and churchmarketingsucks.com. Jim: get a life and grow up. Peace, Nate

To be honest, I think the design is fabulous, but, it's supposed to be a church website right? It feels more like a news/media site. There's so much information to absorb all at once. First the Flash feature, then the pastor and his wife, followed by...uhh....what church is it? Honestly, the name of the church gets lost and the site has no apparent focus. Other than that, the design is A+...

The site is powered by ExpressionEngine, not Drupal. Sorry. Also, the calendar is EasyPHPCalendar, though I'm seriously considering ditching it and going with EE's built-in calendar support. Thanks for the comments and thoughts, guys! And thanks for featuring it, CSS Vault! It's an honor to be listed here!

Prayer requests: We have here in Finland a spiritual camp (06.09-06.11.2006). To the camp comes people who are alcoholics or drug addicts. We hope, that you praying that Jesus saves, heals and frees them. And that all will go well.
