The left nav buttons go invisible for a second when I first roll over them. Also, if I change font size to largest in IE (old people use it), the contact button dissapears below edge of the graphic. So, old people can't contact the site! I'm not sure why your LI elements are scaling, but I assume it's a scalable line-height issue. I'm not a css expert though, just a normal web designer, who pays attention to functionality. Aside from that, great design! I really like it.

Regarless of coding style or light font selections - In terms of "design" I absolutely love the look this site. I've not been as impressed with the look and feel of another website since Joshuaink and his flowers. Very nice

I really like the open feel of it. I agree that the text is hard to read and the nav doesn't seem to be that responsive for some reason, but it's a nice take on a 3-col design.

Great layout, nice colors. Bumping up the text size just one notch in Firefox made a huge difference for me. At that size, the light blue and purple text is difficult to read. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I couldn't find a permalink to the blog posts, either in the title itself or somewhere else. Only by clicking on the links to the comments can I get to the permalinked blog posts, and then it takes me directly to the post's comments.

When I say "at that size" I'm refering to the default font size of the site, not the size when I increase it in Firefox.

Visually, its very appealing and attractive. Good use of white and colors in terms of graphics and layout. Readability and semantic code might be an (small) issue as pointed by some. Other than that, this is going into my bookmarks. Well done on the design. Kudos mate. Khairudin Lee

Thanks for all the compliments and comments everyone, I really appreciate both! as for the code of my site; I'm aware of the fact that it's a bit messy. I'm working on improving / cleaning it, and also replacing the simple weblog system I currently use, as it's output is, well, adding to the mess :). as for the text colors, too light in general, or just the sidebars? As you might notice, they're darker on mouse-over (not in IE though...).
