What I Like
Skinny with a purpose. I love the colors used for the top half along with the graphics. This site has a very precise feel to is.
Like the rollovers on the tabs as well.
What I Don't Like
For the homepage where does the color go on the bottom half?

Nice hover action on the top menu tabs. But once you are on a page, the tab should have a different look. on the work page, it would be good to link your thumbnails too. and give them a hover action. should the liteedit banner on the front page go somewhere?
