Be sure to view the site with no stylesheet selected. In the beginning of the page you'll see a neat message explaining why the site looks like it would in the early 90's. Particular the "this is what the site should look like when you use css"-link is a clever thought.
I know it's more to do with usability than 'graphical' web design but don't you think the icons should be as clickable as their legend?
I expect to be able to click on an icon when I see it as visually related to a legend. Like, er... "print design"'s flower is sadly inactive.
Maybe I'm conditioned by buttons in many non-web applications, I don't know.
