The top half of the website is nice. I like how the main menu is placed on top, and is very clean. Very special graphics design for their topbar. When scrolling down I was a little disappointed to find the bottom bar in a a blue/purple color with the coloring of the text being in gray. I can understand what thoughts went behind this design. However, I dont think it works for this particular website.

Too much information in first page. And this slide box is really bad idea. Should be with manual play button or next. When trying to read anything else in this page you point to this slide again. Good attention on detail, but have no composition and totally out of navigation logic. Sorry, but looks like overworked.
