What I Like
The previous design was gorgeous. Ryan ups the ante with this one. Its a blog that carries a style of its own. If you think that attention to detail doesn't matter, then to be honest you should never expect to make a site like this. From the imagery to the typography it seems as though some great thought was put into this site and it shows. Uses Inman's FIR technique to great effect.
I also appreciate the styling of the links, except for the visited.
What I Don't Like
The visited links being crossed out. I like having a style to visited links, but not one that prevents me from easily reading what I have already visited.

I agree about the strikeout effect on visited links. This site, though, is just beautiful. The 'I ♥ thing' bit is very sweet as well.

It seems you use url shortinizing services. I use them quite often and decided to stay with <a href=http://fff.to/>http://fff.to</a> after evaluating a number of them. It is quite fast and provides full statistics. And there is a traffic distribtuion system, very webmaster-friendly feature. It helps to detect better conversions for my traffic
