cssvault - inspiring creativity

At first glance, I thought this was one of the most beautiful site's I had seen in a while. However, upon closer inspection, I was disappointed. It is a mix and match of various design techniques without a flow between them. There is some Wicked Worn in the header and middle column. The left column has no Worn and has a beveled arrow button. The right column is totally clean with a folder corner (???). I find the footer too bright and doesn't match the rest of the design. The rounded footer links don't seem to match either. Overall, I love the main color scheme and background (not including the footer)! I love the Wicked Worn technique used here, I just wished it was used throughout! Kudos for the great design, but finish it out...just keep it one style.

Great design! I think the points that James made are exactly what makes the design good to look at. A nice mix of design elements that we see and admire at other sites. They're all thrown in here and I think pulled off very well.
