What I Like
Color scheme jumps out at you. Flash header is well implemented. Large headers work well. Nice imagery. Navigational is "functional".
What I Don't Like
Kind of busy, but I like it.

I just love this design! I must say that the humongous banner is great, but I can see that there might be a problem if your viewing it on a 800 x 600 resolution. I'm using 1200 x 1024 and for me it looks great!
