What I Like

This is the perfect Friday site. It's relaxing, funny, entertaining, and looks good. The graphics are crisp. The text is legible. The site has a personality.

And that cow. Gotta. Love. The. Cow.

    This site is really cute. I just....didn't get it. LOL. I mean cows are cool and so is farm life, but I failed to find how it linked to the content. Like, did he grow up on a farm? Live on a farm? I'm probably thinking too hard.

    Nice site, great cow. The Academic Research page is screwed up in Firefox 0.9.3 ( well for me it is ) Thos wooden backgrounds are popping up all opver the place :)

    I originally was going to comment on how annoying the wooden background is. But the more I looked at it, the less I hate it. Nicely done. This site is a good example of what a couple graphical nuggets here and there can do.

    Nice looking site. The wood took awhile for me too. One thing that bothers me is the unclickable 'Portfolio' and 'Academic Research' headers. I really wanted to interact with those headers instead of clicking below on the 'Full Portfolio'.

    Hi Mark, Ok, I could links the headers. But I would have to do it in all the headers. What about the "I Love Users" and the "Other Sites" header? I can't put a link there, they don't link to any other page. I agree that it could be interesting to link the headers, but I tried to keep a consistency between the elements. Moreover, there isn't any clickable "text image" in the hole site. Thanks for the comment! [s],

    haha classic site. At first glance I actually didn't like it, the wooden background is just too dominant. But looking around you notice all the nice touches and wonder how much better it would look without that background (I get the point of the background, it's just too strong IMO).
