jQuery 1.1.3 Released

jQuery 1.1.3 has just been released! It boasts an 800% speed increase over the last version and remains a lightweight at 20KB. The last time I tried, I found jQuery harder to use compared to script.aculo.us, size and speed issue aside. Maybe it’s time to give it another spin.

    I think it definitely is time to give it another shot. Since scriptaculous is basically an effects layer for Prototype and the jQuery syntax is similar to the latter, I’m surprised you had trouble. If you do, please don’t hesitate to email me or post on the jQuery mailing list. Look forward to seeing you there.
